Order Placement:

The merchant must place all delivery orders through the e-dak Courier website, providing accurate product information and the correct weight. If incorrect weight is submitted, E-Dak Courier reserves the right to update the order with the correct weight and corresponding charges.

Packaging Responsibility:
The merchant is responsible for properly packaging all products before pickup. Packaging services are also available from e-dak Courier for an additional charge, which can be selected directly through the website.

Product Readiness:
Merchants must ensure that the product is ready for pickup before the arrival of the pickup soldier (delivery agent).

Weight Adjustment:
If a merchant selects an incorrect weight, e-dak Courier reserves the right to adjust it to the accurate weight and apply the appropriate billing accordingly.

Packaging Damage Liability:
e-dak Courier will not be liable for any product damage caused by poor or faulty packaging.
For glass or fragile items, merchants must ensure proper, secure packaging and apply appropriate caution or “Fragile” stickers.
If damage occurs due to inadequate packaging, the merchant will bear full responsibility.
For delivery of the Holy Qur’an, merchants must ensure premium-quality packaging and apply a “Handle with Care” sticker on top.

Payment Settlement:
e-dak Courier will collect the payable amount from customers upon delivery and remit it to the merchant within 1–4 working days after successful delivery.
The payment schedule may change due to government holidays or unavoidable circumstances.

Prohibited Items:
Merchants are strictly prohibited from using e-dak Courier to deliver illegal, restricted, or harmful items.
If such activities are detected, e-dak Courier will take legal action, and the merchant will bear full responsibility for any consequences.

Product Loss or Damage:
In case of product loss or damage during delivery or return, E-Dak Courier will compensate up to 100% of the product’s purchase value (subject to terms and conditions).

Return Policy:
If a customer refuses to receive the product or cannot be contacted, the product will be returned to the merchant.
The merchant must accept all returned products.

Service Charges:
For prepaid orders, the service charge will be adjusted from the remaining balance or added to subsequent transactions.

Fragile Item Surcharge:
An additional charge of ā§ŗ30 will apply for all fragile or breakable items.

Policy Modification:
e-dak Courier reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
All registered merchants will be notified of any changes accordingly.

Delivery & COD Charges:
e-dak Courier’s standard delivery charges and a 1% COD (Cash on Delivery) fee shall apply to all orders.

Complaint Policy:
No complaints will be accepted after 48 hours of product delivery or return.

Customer Verification:
Customers are allowed to open the package in front of the delivery soldier (rider).
If any issue is found or the customer decides to cancel the order, the delivery soldier will immediately contact the merchant for confirmation.
